The Mid Call Transfer feature allows you to divert your caller to another landline or mobile. Perfect if your business needs the flexibility of routing calls to other people in your business, whether in the same office or anywhere in the world.
To use Mid Call Transfer (MCT), simply press the # button at any point that you’re connected. The calling party will hear ‘please hold’, followed by ringing. At this point, you’ll be asked to enter the phone number you wish to transfer the call to.
Get started by choosing a number.
If the number you key is misdialled, or you wish to abort the transfer, just press * to bring the call back.
If the third party is ‘number unavailable’ or busy, the call will be automatically reconnected to you.
