What are Planet Numbers’ opening hours?

We are open from 08:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.

Can I contact you outside of office hours?

If your call is not urgent, please leave a voicemail on our regular number, 0345 077 7777, and we will call you the next working day.

If you have an urgent service affecting problem, please call our out-of-hours emergency support line 0843 362 6262 and leave a message.  An engineer will contact you – usually within 2 hours. Most problems can be fixed instantly, although if there is a fault at network level this may take longer.  Calls to 0843 362 6262 cost 7p per minute (plus your phone providers access charge).

My phone number has stopped working, what can I do?

Please check the underlying landline or mobile number that your Planet Numbers number connects to – if this doesn’t work, calls to your Planet Numbers number won’t be able to connect.
