TalkTalk Top The List Of Fixed Line Complaints

In a recent study conducted by Ofcom, TalkTalk were overwhelmingly the most complained about fixed line telephone provider.

With 1.78 complaints per 1000 customers from October 2010 to February 2011, the ISP out-rubbished it’s competitors in terms of customer complaints in a report by the communication watchdog.

The biggest complaint for customers were billing problems, with reports showing a peak of angry customer in November 2010. The complaints were over incorrect billing for customers who had cancelled services.

BSkyB were in second place – with 0.41 complaints per 1000 customers. BT Retail in third place – with only 0.37 complaints per 100 customers. The least complained about service provider was virgin media, with an impressive 0.21 complaints per 1000 customers.
